Desde el año 2003, Spike TV organiza una entrega de premios a los mejores videojuegos del año. Contando con varias categorías, los Video Game Awards cambiaron este año de nombre a VGX aunque contarán con el mismo formato. Recientemente se anunciaron los nominados, y la gente ya puede votar por sus favoritos en el sitio oficial de los premios, que se otorgarán el sábado 7 de diciembre.
